Building Design Services:
- Initial meeting with client to discuss desires, feasibility and budget for the project
- Development of a conceptual plan set for client review and discussion.
- Preparation of plan set suitable for contractor’s bidding, along with providing the client with contacts of contractors who are reliable and proficient.
- Preparation of final Plan Set, documentation, professional seals and application preparation requires in the obtaining of a Building Permit.
Building Permits and Building Code Approvals
- Preparing architectural plans and documentation necessary to obtain a building permit
- Providing consultation services for International Building Code (IBC) code compliance Services provided for residential, commercial and existing building projects
Contractor Bidder List & Contractor Selection:
- Provide the client with a list of approved contractors who would be a good fit for the type and size of the particular project.
- Provide support for the contractors bidding on the project
- Provide construction support for the client and/or the selected contractor
