Land Development Design Services:
- Initial meeting with client to discuss desires, feasibility and budget for the project.
- Development of a conceptual plan set or sets for client review and discussion.
- Preparation of plan set and documentation for municipal (local and county) permitting approvals.
- Plan presentation to municipality planning commission and board of supervisors.
Zoning, Subdivision & Land Development Plan Approvals
Plan preparation and permitting preparation for the following:
- Subdivision projects
- Land Development projects
- Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans and permits
- PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permits
- DEP Planning Module approvals
- DEP General Permit Registrations
Contractor Bidder List & Contractor Selection:
- Provide the client with a list of approved contractors who would be a good fit for the type and size of the particular project.
- Provide support for the contractors bidding on the project
- Provide construction support for the client and/or the selected contractor
Land Development Design Project: have included but not limited to the following:
- Industrial or Commercial sites development.>
- Subdivision of a single lot into several lots.
- Reverse Subdivisions, joining of several parcels to create one lot.
